Product Overview
The Jacuzzi® J-230 & J-220 Spa Pillow (#6455-468) is a genuine OEM gray headrest built specifically for Jacuzzi J-200™ Collection spas manufactured between 2005 and 2007, fitting the J-220 and J-230 models. It is not a universal fit for the broader J-200 lineup or later model years.
The pillow pairs a high-density, water-resistant foam core with a spa-grade gray vinyl cover, giving it a soft, contoured surface that supports the neck and head during use. A single center post molded into the back of the pillow snaps directly into the matching socket on the spa shell, so installation is tool-free: align the post, press until it clicks into place, and confirm it is seated securely. It can be removed just as easily by pulling straight outward, which makes it simple to swap out when the original pillow has cracked, faded, or compressed.
The vinyl cover is designed to hold up to regular exposure to chlorine, bromine, and sunlight, though like any spa vinyl part it will eventually show wear with years of continuous use. Rinse it with fresh water periodically and avoid harsh or abrasive cleaners to keep the surface looking its best.
