We’ve found that we can actually help you faster and better through email or chat. Why? Because most questions need more than just a quick yes or no. They usually involve order lookups, photos, tracking links, product recommendationsβ€”or that one time someone sent us a picture of their hot tub filter asking, β€œis this normal?” (It wasn’t.)

These things are way easier to sort out when we can share screenshots, step-by-step guides, and keep a clear written record of the conversation. Plus, no one likes being stuck on hold while listening to elevator jazz on loop.
