The Sundance®/Jacuzzi® Pillow Attachment Screw (part #6570‑231) is the OEM plastic mounting screw used to secure spa pillows across a wide range of Sundance® and Jacuzzi® spa families. On Sundance® spas, it fits the 780™ Series and Sweetwater® models (Palermo, Bahia, Cayman, Lagunas) from 2003–2006 alongside pillow mounting bracket #6455‑500, the 860 and 850 Series (Altamar, Marin, Capri) from 2001–2008, the 860E Series and Portofino (Caprio, Metro, Solo) from 2000–2004, and the 880 Series (Cameo, Optima, Maxxus, Marin, Altamar, Majesta) from 2005 through mid‑2009, plus Capri models through 2012.
On Jacuzzi® spas, it fits the J‑300™ Collection (J‑310 through J‑385) from 2002–2013, paired with pillow insert #6455‑007 for 2002–2006 models or #2455‑104 for 2007–2013 models; Jacuzzi® moved to a push‑in fastener (#6455‑486) for 2014‑and‑newer J‑300 pillows, so this threaded screw is specific to the earlier design. Molded from durable, corrosion‑resistant Norlyn plastic, it measures approximately 13/16″ across the head with an overall length of 1⅞″, giving enough reach to pass through the pillow body and bracket without stripping the mounting threads. Two screws are needed per pillow installation. Because attachment hardware differs slightly between manufacturers and model years, using the correct OEM screw—rather than a generic hardware‑store substitute—helps the pillow sit flush and stay securely fastened over years of spa use.
