The Sundance® 980™ Series Lisbon Pillow (6472-766) is a genuine OEM replacement headrest engineered specifically for 980 Series Lisbon spas built in 2019 or later — this remains the current pillow for the Lisbon model. It is designed for correct fit and alignment in the Lisbon model’s seating positions, providing ergonomic neck and head support during extended soaks.
The pillow is built from spa-grade, chemical-resistant material that holds up to continuous exposure to heat, water, and sanitizers without cracking or fading. It mounts onto the spa’s factory pins and snaps securely into place, preventing the floating or shifting that happens as older pillows absorb water and lose their shape.
This pillow is sized specifically for the Lisbon model and is not retro-fittable to other 980 Series models or to Lisbon spas built before 2019, which used a different pillow design. If you're not sure whether your spa is a Lisbon model, the model name is printed on the serial number label inside the equipment compartment.
