  1. Using a box cutter or sharp scissors, make an incision across the foam grip (do not scratch the paint / metal bar
  2. Remove the end piece of the Rail
  3. Apply any solution that will lubricate the rail (do not use corrosive or harsh products)
  4. Slide the new foam grip into the position you desire
