- Using a box cutter or sharp scissors, make an incision across the foam grip (do not scratch the paint / metal bar
- Remove the end piece of the Rail
- Apply any solution that will lubricate the rail (do not use corrosive or harsh products)
- Slide the new foam grip into the position you desire
