Product Description

This pivot arm (part #100004) is the direct replacement for the bar connecting your CoverMate® I or I Eco lifter to the hot tub bracket.
It is constructed of powder-coated aluminum for corrosion resistance and long service life.
The padded stop prevents wear and noise when fully extended or retracted.
At 26″ × 13½″, it matches the original factory dimensions for fit and function.
It is side-agnostic, so you can install it on either the left or right side depending on your setup.
Replacing a bent or broken pivot arm restores smooth operation without needing to replace the entire lifter unit.

Directions

Place the cover in the closed position and ensure corners are aligned.

Remove the self-tapping screws on both ends of the existing pivot arm.

Unscrew the through-bolt from the mounting bracket.

Slide off the old pivot arm from the support arms.

Slide the new arm into place, align holes, and reinstall the through-bolt.

Reattach the self-tapping screws on both ends.

Test the lift motion slowly to confirm smooth operation and alignment.
