The Sundance® 780™ Series Chevron Gray Pillow (part #6472‑968) is an OEM chevron‑style headrest built for 780 Series spas from 2005 through 2007, and it replaces the earlier part #6455‑455. It mounts using a single center pin and ball assembly together with bracket #6455‑500, which must already be installed on your spa shell for this pillow to fit.
The pillow is built from durable, water‑resistant, high‑density foam and finished with a gray vinyl cover stamped with the Sundance® logo for a factory‑correct appearance. At roughly 10½″ by 6″, it's shaped to provide ergonomic head and neck support, and it includes left/right cutouts to accommodate spas with built‑in speakers in the headrest area.
Installation is tool‑free once bracket #6455‑500 is in place: the pillow's center pin snaps into the bracket and ball assembly, restoring comfort and the original look without needing to replace the entire pillow system.
