Product Overview
The Sundance® 680™ Series Tacoma Filter (part #6000‑136) is the genuine OEM replacement filter cartridge for Sundance® Tacoma spas built from 2006 through 2020. The cartridge uses pleated media engineered to capture fine debris, body oils, lotions, and other contaminants that circulate through spa water, keeping the tub clear while protecting downstream equipment. Its construction maintains steady water flow through the filtration cycle even as the media loads up between cleanings, so the pump and heater aren’t forced to work against a clogged cartridge.
Installation is tool‑free: the cartridge drops into the existing Tacoma filter housing and seats the same way the factory‑original unit did, so there’s no need to modify hardware or the housing itself. Regular replacement of this filter—alongside routine rinsing between changes—helps protect the heater, pump, and plumbing from the strain of reduced water flow, while keeping the water cleaner and clearer for longer between deep cleanings. As with all genuine Sundance® parts, using the correct OEM cartridge for the 2006–2020 Tacoma model ensures proper fit, filtration efficiency, and consistent performance compared with generic replacements sized for other spa lines.
