Shut down power to the spa and disable all jets.

Remove the existing neck pillow by pulling it evenly from the two mounting pegs.

Align the two back-peg tabs of the new 60-00948 pillow with the corresponding jetpak sockets.

Press firmly until the pillow snaps securely into place.

Gently tug to confirm it is fixed firmly and does not move.

Restore power and gently lean back to test comfort and stability.
