The Sundance®/Jacuzzi® Flow Switch w/ Transparent Tee (part #6560-860) is a direct replacement sensor for circulation flow detection, fitting Sundance® 800/850/880 Series spas built from June 1999 through 2015, and 1-pump Capri® models built 2001 through 2015. It also fits Jacuzzi® J-300™ LCD Series spas from 2002 onward, and 680 Series Hartford, Hawthorne, and Burlington models equipped with a circulation pump (2007+ and 2008+ respectively). Sundance 880 Series spas built 2016 or later use an updated plumbing layout and typically require a minor wiring modification to accept this switch — contact us if you're unsure which version your spa needs.
The transparent Tee assembly features dual barbed ports (3/4" primary, 3/8" side barb) that simplify plumbing hookups and let you visually confirm water flow at a glance. A box-end wiring harness is already attached for plug-and-play installation. This part replaces the earlier #6560-858 switch and helps prevent "Solid Flo" or "Flashing Flo" error codes caused by a failing flow sensor, which can also block heater activation if left unaddressed.
