Sundance® 680™ Series MicroClean Mini Inner Filter Cartridge (2023+) 6473-283S
Check Compatibility Before You Buy
The Sundance® 6473-283S is the disposable inner cartridge of the MicroClean® Mini filtration system used on Sundance 680™ Series hot tubs built from late March 2023 onward, including the Alicia, Edison, McKinley, Peyton, Prado and Ramona. It is a compact, dense microfiber core that sits inside the pleated outer cartridge (6473-249S) and captures the finer particles the outer stage lets through. The two together make up the complete MicroClean Mini set, 6541-460S.
Because the dense microfiber can't be effectively cleaned by rinsing, the inner cartridge is designed to be replaced rather than washed. Sundance dealers recommend replacing it every 3 to 4 months, or whenever you drain and refill the spa. The pleated outer cartridge is the one to rinse and deep-clean with cartridge cleaner between inner changes. The inner cartridge measures about 13-3/4 inches long with a 4-1/4 inch diameter and is open on both ends.
Check your filter system before ordering, especially on a 2023 spa: some early-2023 680 Series spas were built with the older 373045S cartridge instead of MicroClean Mini. This part is not interchangeable with the MicroClean Ultra filters used on 880™ and 980™ Series spas. If you're unsure which system you have, send us your serial number and we'll confirm.
