The mineral cartridge lasts about 4 months. Bromine cartridges last 2 to 4 weeks each, so heavier use or a larger spa may need extra bromine cartridges before the 4 months are up.

FROG Serene is designed for hot tubs from 150 to 600 gallons.

Set the dial to match your spa size, from 0 for about 200 gallons to 6 for 600 gallons. Test daily for a week and adjust one setting per day until bromine stays at 1.0–2.0 ppm.
