For customer protection, all orders are subject for review & analysis (no exceptions), including credit card authorizations, credit card verifications, fraudulent activity check, IP address correlation check, etc. As a result, orders may be slightly delayed in the packing process. Your patience is greatly appreciated. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable; charges include but are not limited to order processing, item selection, packaging, transportation of order and items, return packaging, etc.

When an order results in a split shipment or scenario where multiple shipments to fulfill an order is needed, no additional charge will be processed against the customer. Only the initial shipping fee will apply for the single order amongst the multiple shipments if applicable.

Business days are limited from Monday - Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST, not including holidays. Orders placed on major holidays are subject to processing and shipment on the following (next) operational business day set by Paradise Valley Spas Inc. Our shipment carriers (FedEx, UPS, USPS) could delay the delivery of packages on the major holidays.

All orders go through a protection review to prevent fraud. This includes credit card verification, IP address checks, and order analysis. Because of this, some orders may take a little longer to process.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable and cover processing, packaging, and transportation costs.
If your order requires multiple shipments, you’ll only be charged one shipping fee — no extra charge for split shipments.
