Ensure spa equipment is clean and functioning; adjust water pH to 7.2–7.6

For routine sanitizing, add ½ teaspoon per 100 gallons every 15–20 minutes until chlorine level reaches 3–5 ppm

For superchlorination, use 1 teaspoon per 100 gallons (¼ cup per 1,000 gallons); repeat as needed

Only re-enter spa when chlorine levels drop below 5 ppm
