Q: Can I use this with any sanitizer system?

A: Yes — it’s compatible with chlorine, bromine, ozone, and mineral systems.

Q: How often should I add pH & Alkalinity Up?

A: Add as needed whenever pH drops below 7.2 or alkalinity below 80 ppm.

Q: Can I add it while people are in the spa?

A: No. Always add balancers when the spa is not in use and allow 15 minutes of circulation before soaking.

Q: What are the signs of low pH or alkalinity?

A: Corrosion on metal fixtures, cloudy water, skin irritation, and strong chemical smells are common signs.

Q: Does this product leave residue?

A: No — it dissolves quickly and completely when added with jets running.

Test spa water before use. Ideal pH: 7.2 – 7.8 | Ideal alkalinity: 80 – 120 ppm.

With jets running, add 1 tablespoon (≈ ½ oz) per 100 gallons of water if pH is below 7.2 or alkalinity below 80 ppm.

Sprinkle granules directly into the spa water; do not premix.

Circulate for 15 minutes and retest levels.

If needed, repeat in small increments until water is balanced.

Keep spa cover open during circulation to allow proper aeration.
