Power down the spa before servicing.

Grip the existing pillow and gently pull outward to disengage the mounting pins.

Clean the mounting pin area and seating surface of debris.

Align the new pillow’s mounting holes with the spa’s pin studs (3 7/8″ apart).

Press firmly until the pillow snaps securely into place.

Check for secure fit and ensure no gaps exist between pillow and shell.
