Q: What spas is this holder compatible with?

A: It is compatible with Sundance® 780, 880/850, and 980 series spas from 2021 onward (excluding the 680 series).

Q: Does this include the mineral or SmartChlor cartridges?

A: No. This holder is bracket-only. The cartridges must be purchased separately.

Q: Do you need any tools or adhesives to install it?

A: No. It uses a snap-in tool-free mounting design.

Q: Can I retrofit my older Sundance® spa?

A: Yes — this holder is designed for retrofit installation in supported models that do not already include the bracket.

Q: How often do I replace the cartridges?

A: SmartChlor usually lasts ~3–4 weeks; mineral cartridges last ~4 months or until spa refill.

Power off your spa before servicing to ensure safety.

Remove the filter cartridge to expose the filter pipe section.

Align the FROG® @Ease holder’s fin with the filter pipe and slide the bracket down onto it.

Press the bracket firmly until it snaps into place.

Insert the SmartChlor cartridge into the upper slot and the mineral cartridge into the lower slot.

Reinstall the filter cartridge and cover, then power the spa and begin circulation.

Monitor water chemistry regularly and replace cartridges as recommended.
