We primarily sell brand-new products in good condition through our Website. We stand behind every sale.

We ship Monday through Friday during daytime business hours in California. We do not ship on Federal holidays. Orders received after 2PM California time on Friday afternoons, including orders requesting express shipping, will ship out on Monday morning.

All purchases are sent with tracking numbers that we will provide to you via E-mail once we have processed and shipped your order. Please check your spam filter if you do not receive a tracking number message.

Unwanted, unused, unopened merchandise may be returned to us within 30 days from date of purchase for a refund, subject to a 10% restocking fee. You remain responsible for any return shipping charges and you must send us a valid tracking number with your return. Without a valid tracking number, your return will not be accepted. 

If we send the wrong product, or if a product arrives damaged, you may return these items within 30 days from date of purchase for an exchange. We will cover normal shipping charges. If we are unable to offer an exchange, we will offer a full refund.

Express (overnight) shipping charges are non-refundable in all cases.

Hot tub filters, once used in a hot tub, may not be returned for any reason. We are happy to help you select the right filter. E-mail us at [email protected] prior to purchase if you are unsure which model to buy.

Whatever the reason for a return or exchange, you the customer must notify us by emailing [email protected] . Include your name, the date of purchase, the order number that appears on your receipt or packing slip, and your daytime telephone number. Tell us the reason you are requesting a return. If your merchandise arrived damaged, please attach a .jpg or .png photograph of the damage.

We will promptly review your return request. If approved, we will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA #) and further instructions. If declined, we will provide an explanation for our decision and offer you a chance to provide more information. All returns must use a shipping service with tracking number, and you must ship returns promptly.

Sometimes, we may fulfill customer orders through our Amazon store or our eBay store. In these cases, the involvement of Amazon or eBay is readily apparent, and the return policies of those sites applies.

Used, clearance, or “scratch-n-dent” items will be clearly identified as such, and no returns will apply. Jacuzzi, Sundance, and Frog products are covered by their respective manufacturers’ warranties.support
