If you are not happy with the item(s) you ordered, we are more than happy to offer you a refund within 30 days of you receiving your order (date carrier reported delivery)
All returned items must be in sellable, unused condition (including the packaging, casing, and/or wrap.
All returns will incur a 15% restocking fee (back to the original form of payment).
The buyers is responsible for all postage and shipment costs – keep a record of the tracking number in case the package is lost or delayed.

Only regular priced items may be returned. Sale items cannot be returned.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment – the refund will be processed within 3-5 business days of receiving the return package.
Late or missing refunds
If you do not receive your refund after 5 business days, please email firstname.lastname@example.org – be sure to include your order number.
Ensure you have your carrier name and tracking number available.

We are able to cancel your order as long as the carrier has not picked-up your order from our fulfillment warehouse. Once picked-up, we are unable to re-route or cancel your order. Please submit your request in a timely manner to email@example.com .
Please note that if you submit your request prior to carrier pickup but our representatives were unable to respond to your request until after pickup, we will be unable to cancel the order or make any special accommodations.
Once your order is received, you can request to return the item(s). This will follow our return policy, which includes the 15% restocking fee and postage held by buyer responsibility.
At this time, we are only able to exchange your item(s) for another item(s) of equal or less value.
If the item you wish to exchange for is more than your original total, you will have to return the original order and place a new order for the item.
The buyer is responsible for all postage and shipment costs back to our warehouse. Upon receipt of the exchange item(s), we will process the exchange within 3-5 business days – the cost of shipping to you will be covered by Hot Tub Things.

Order Fulfilled incorrectly or Received Damaged
If you received items that you did not order or your items were received damaged, email email@example.com.
Include in your email the issue: damage, missing item(s), incorrect item(s) & a photo to support the fulfillment or damage claim.
