All returns must be in the original packaging, unopened, unused, and in sellable condition.
If the return does not meet all criteria, customer will be notified to process a $7.95 fee to have the package sent back
Upon receiving your return package, please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed.
All approved returns are subject to a $7.95 deduction from your final refund amount & restocking fee of 15%.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment
The refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the return package.

Order Fulfilled incorrectly or Received Damaged
If you received items that you did not order or your items were received damaged, email support@hottubthings.com.
Include in your email the issue: damage, missing item(s), incorrect item(s) & a photo to support the fulfillment or damage claim.
