It fits only J-460 and J-465 spas built during a short span of the late 2000s. We have a small supply of these filters in our warehouse. The last tubs that used this filter were phased out in 2011. The Jacuzzi 2472-135 pillow is for new (2020 and later) J-300 series spas. 2020 and 2021 J-300 hot tubs take two different pillows. Most seats use the "normal" pillows sold on this page. One seat, typically the lounge seat, uses the HydroSoothe massage pillow. That pillow has water spouting out the bottom. We do not offer that pillow for sale. Installing the massage pillow is a job for trained repair technicians. This pillow, Jacuzzi part # 2472-135, installs easily with sturdy thumbs and a bit of care. Your J-300 series hot tub should have permanent mounting hardware that should last for years and years. The Jacuzzi 2472-824 pillow is for modern (2014 and later) J-300 series spas. This product looks very similar to the earlier J-300 pillows. The only difference is that the light grey inserts of these newer pillows have a slightly concave surface. They “scoop in” a little. In a pinch, you can use the older pillows, as they will fit your J-300 hot tub. However, for a true match, we recommend you stick with these.
