On orders $100 and over, shipping is free to any address in the contiguous 48 states. Shipments on orders less than $100 have a $4.99 processing fee, regardless of how many items you buy. Any items shipped to Hawaii will have a $35.00 surcharge added on to the total order price to cover additional shipping and handling costs. You can expect delivery via USPS Ground service or FedEx within 5-10 business days from the day you placed your order.

Do I receive an order confirmation?
Once your online order has been submitted, you will receive a confirmation of your order via email. Please keep this confirmation for future reference if necessary. Order confirmation can only be sent if you have provided us a valid email address.

Can you ship to Post Office boxes and APO/FPO addresses?
Yes. We can use USPS delivery options to deliver to these addresses.

Spa Cover Shipping
Expect your spa cover to arrive within 3-5 weeks from time of order. This is a custom item with production time plus delivery. Shipping is FREE to anywhere in the contiguous 48 United States. Shipping to Hawaii is an additional $175. For pricing to ship to Alaska, contact us. Please call us to order at 1 888 251-6661.

Your cover will be delivered via common carrier, and should be inspected immediately upon delivery. A time window for delivery (usually 2 - 4 hours) will be arranged by the freight company. Any additional freight charges including: Re-Delivery, Limited Delivery Area, Inside Delivery, re-consignment fees, address correction fees, warehouse storage fees, etc. is the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Please notify shipper of any problems discovered on inspection and please call hottubthings.com right away. Our covers are for delivery only, we cannot remove or dispose of an old cover.

Tracking Your Shipment
We will provide you with a tracking number by email upon shipment of your order. Simply enter your number in the Track Your Order section of our site. If you did not get your tracking number via email, please contact us at customerservice@hottubthings.com.
