All returns, except spa covers (see below), need a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number prior to sending back your item. If you receive the wrong item or your order is damaged upon arrival, please return your item within 30 days and we will arrange to ship it back at no charge after receipt of the incorrect or damaged product. After 30 days, defective products are subject to its warranty.
Correct orders received in good condition and returned within 30 days will incur a 15% restocking fee, and you must cover the cost of shipping. The return must be in 100% resalable condition. Returns on any special orders (unless damaged, in error or defective) will incur a 25% restocking fee and you must cover the cost of shipping.
Any new, unused item returned after 30 days receives store credit only.
Returns on new, unused items will not be accepted after 90 days.
Spa Cover Return Policy
Your credit card will be charged immediately after you place your spa cover order. Within 2 business days, you can change or cancel the order. Once the factory begins the production of your spa cover, there is no way to cancel or change your order. Because your cover is made custom to the specific measurements of your spa, once we begin production, it is not returnable.
If one of our products is covered by a manufacturer’s warranty, and is proven defective, we will honor that warranty.
